Rehearsals are Saturdays from 4:00 to 6:30 pm, starting on September 11, 2010, and ending in June 2011. Paid performances.

Redd Legg Dance is auditioning for full company members and apprentices. Full company members are guaranteed to perform and receive performance pay. Apprentices will understudy a number of works over the season (which means working with many local choreographers) and may have the opportunity to perform. Pay is not guaranteed, nor is full company status for the following season.
Some dancers selected at this year's audition may have the opportunity to perform right away. Redd Legg Dance will be guests at NorthWest Dance Syndrome's November 5-7th performance. Depending on scheduling and needs, new company members may be asked to perform in or understudy this work.
All full company members will be involved in our spring performance. The date for this performance is yet to be confirmed, but is looking to be mid-May. Each full company member will be in at least one piece for this show. Kristen Legg and 4 to 6 local choreographers will work with the company to create exciting new works.
The company also hopes to present at local festivals throughout the spring and summer.
If you absolutely cannot make the audition date, please contact Redd Legg Dance to set up an in-class audition during the month of August. While this is not recommended, the company does accept private auditions. You may attend an advanced ballet class taught by Kristen Legg and use this as your audition, knowing that you are at a slight disadvantage having not been seen performing Redd Legg Dance rep.
